Hi all!

Reminder for our final swim assessment (new swimmers only) and swimsuit fitting (all swimmers) this Sunday 4/21 @ BVSW 6:30-8pm.

All swimmers need to have a team suit purchased by April 28. Suits will be mailed to your home before the first meet. If you also ordered swim caps, they will be delivered to the coaches and handed out (typically right before the first meet.)

Yard Signs + Team Shirts

Swimmers are already provided a team shirt as part of their registration (and many parents also purchased during registration). WANTED: Sponsors!

We use team sponsorship dollars to do all the fun “extra” stuff that makes our team special. We are significantly down on sponsorship dollars this year – if you can help, our team would be so grateful! Sponsors have their businesses thanked by DJ Mike at all swim meets, and their name on a large banner that is hung at the pool all summer long. Certain levels of sponsorship come with reserved front row seats at meets and the opportunity to have a table to hand out coupons/prizes etc. at meets. Last Day to Cancel Registration

May 1 is the deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund. To cancel, email Lindsay @ [email protected].

Volunteer Sign-ups

Parent volunteer sign-ups for the entire summer will be on Wed. May 15 at 8pm on our website. There are plenty of slots for everyone – we let parents sign up first, then fill in with college helpers for remaining slots. If you’d like a preview of volunteer slots available, see the “PRACTICE VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS” dummy meet on our website.

Each family must sign up for SIX total volunteer credits for the summer. (Some jobs are worth one credit, some two, depending on the time required.)

If you would like to buy out of your volunteer requirement for $500, email Lindsay. ([email protected]) Buyouts must be complete by May 1.
