MEET ENTRIES FOR TOMORROW

Our meet entries for tomorrow are available on our website and in the SwimTopia app. Please take a quick look (before midnight tonight) and make sure we haven't missed anyone. Coaches did take all preferences into account and balanced them with the team's overall needs. This week our swimmers have a max of 4 events: three individual and one relay.

If, for some reason, your swimmer cannot make the meet tomorrow please let us know ASAP.  We have swimmers that would love to have their spot! (We are always limited to 500 entries per meet -- so we hate to waste them!)

Relays

We only get 2 relays per age group/gender this week – we know kids love relays but may not be in them every week. We definitely try to rotate swimmers in and out of relays and we don’t worry (for most meets) about who has the fastest times. We are also asking permission from the other team to add some exhibition relays for tomorrow (these don’t count for points, but kids still get to swim). Stay tuned as those may be added tomorrow morning if we get permission.

We cannot make any entry changes after tomorrow morning at 10am, so please reach out if anything looks incorrect! 

SWIM CAPS

Swim Quik has delivered the caps to us, hooray! We will have them at practice tomorrow and the meet tomorrow evening. If your swimmer earned his/her 5-year cap this year, we will celebrate them at practice tomorrow!

Swim Quik also delivered suits for a couple families who were waiting on theirs. If you haven’t received your suits, text Lindsay (913) 707-4792!

FRIDAY PICTURE DAY

We totally forgot to mention this in our Sunday newsletter, but Friday is picture day! Kids will not be practicing in the water, but should wear their team suit and shirt.

Mustang Market will be open and swimmers can visit AFTER their pictures!

12 & Up swimmers arrive for group photo - 9:15am

12 & Up swimmer photos - immediately following group photo
