Sun Apr 21 2024	Swim Assessments and Suit Fittings BVSW Start: 6:30 PM End: 8:00 PM ALL MUSTANGS (new and returning) must come to one of these dates (March 24 or April 21) for swimsuit fittings and purchase! All swimmers new to the Mustangs will need to choose one date (March 24 or April 21) to come to assessments. You may also come to both if you are a little unsure whether your swimmer will make the times the first time. Required assessment times are here. Swimmers may try as many times as they like.
Mon-Tue Mar 25-26 2024	Registration - Pre-compete Team Website Start: 8:00 AM End: 11:00 PM Pre-Compete Team If your swimmer is not quite ready for the Mustangs, consider our pre-compete program...the Mills Farm Ponies! Ages 4-8 Practices 2-3x per week (May 28-July 12) Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool independently (any stroke); no time requirement Practices with Mills Farm Mustangs Coaches Culminates with one mock swim meet, cheered on by our Mustangs Fee: $225 Registration for this program is March 25-26. Sun-Sat Mar-Jun 17-1 2024	Job Signup closed 2024 Early Volunteer Sign-Up Start: 6:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Regular volunteer sign-ups for each swim meet will open on May 15. This sign-up provides a few opportunities for families to earn their SIX volunteer points outside of meets. (These are great if you do not enjoy working in the heat, have young children that need your supervision during meets, or if you will be out of town for some meets.)
Fri-Sat Mar 1-2 2024	Registration - Returning Non-Residents Website Start: 8:00 AM End: 11:00 PM This is for the handful of returning non-residents to the Mills Farm Mustangs. Registration is first-come, first-served and may fill quickly.
Wed-Thu Feb 28-29 2024	Registration - New Residents Website Start: 8:00 AM End: 11:00 PM This is for residents of Mills Farm who are new to the Mills Farm Mustangs. Registration is first-come, first-served and may fill quickly.

Sun Jul 16 2023	'A Splash of Orange' Celebration and Awards BVSW Commons Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:00 PM Celebrate our 12th season! Attire is white with a "splash" of orange. (Girls usually wear dresses, boys wear nicer shorts.) Walk the "orange" carpet and celebrate with dinner, awards all led by our own DJ Mike!
Sat Jul 15 2023	Meet Entry closed 2023 SSA Championship Meet Shawnee Mission Aquatic Center Start: 8:00 AM The championship meet is divided into two sessions: Session I – 10 & Under Age Group Swimmers beginning at 8:30 a.m. Session II – 11 & Up Age Group Swimmers beginning at 1:00 p.m.
